These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and the operation of our beauty salon, located at 87 Augusta Road, Augusta Place Sunningdale, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
Appointments can be made via phone, online booking system, or in-person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Mobile Services are available at additional costs
Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, whatsapp or phone call.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. Full treatment costs will still apply.
A deposit may be required to secure certain services or appointments. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
We accept cash, debit cards, and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the results of a service, please notify us within 24 hours for a review and potential corrective action.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
Promotions, discounts, and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to treatments. Bella Schön Esthetica Beauty Salon is not liable for adverse reactions if we are not informed beforehand.
Some treatments are not suitable for pregnant women. Please consult with our staff before booking.
We adhere to strict hygiene standards, and all tools are sanitized or disposed of after each use.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult and are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving a service.
Clients under 18 years of age must have parental consent for certain treatments.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit. Please ensure you keep your valuables with you at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client demonstrating inappropriate behavior or language towards staff or other clients.
While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.
By using our services, clients agree to assume all risks related to treatments and waive any claims against Bella Schön Esthetica Beauty Salon and its employees for any damages or injuries that may result.
We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Your contact information will be used for appointment management and marketing purposes (if consent is given). You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Bella Schön Esthetica Beauty Salon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website or available at the salon.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
